
Toyota Service Journey guidebook package
One of the major clients AutoPoint works with is Toyota Motors of North America. After a change in their marketing team, we needed to create a "guidebook" to ensure that our program could be easily referenced.
The page layout, icon planning and design, and charts were a process to develop, with input from strategy & analytics team members.
Post-binding the large guidebook was a decision made so that changes to the Journey program could be easily updated without the need to reprint/rebind the 40-page document.
